The style is based on classical yoga infused with my personal path of Shiva Shakti sadhana. This system aims at expanding the awareness so it can flow in our everyday life. The importance of Awareness and Creative Energy are important factors during the practice to allow the mind to reach a state of equilibrium (samatha) and Peace (Shanti). The yoga classes consist of various levels of asanas to release inner tension, while focusing on the flow/control of Prana on a subtle level. Students are often encouraged to keep their eyes closed in order to develop a more subtle and profound practice. Different techniques of Pranayama are taught over the weeks to help restore energy and mental calmness. Each class ends with a relaxation in Savasana or a short meditation. Regular practice gradually allows yoga to merge in all aspects of life (sadhana), and as we develop intuition and awareness we realize the quality of our true nature.
It is suitable for anyone with a normal range of flexibility. If you are pregnant, suffer from asthma or heart conditions, or any other medical ailments please notify the teacher beforehand, so your practice can be adjusted. (sometimes a general class may not be suitable, in this case you may consider one or two private sessions to assess what you can or cannot do, please contact me for further details)
Every day is a different day; every lesson is a different lesson.

Hello. This is a little introduction to how you can use external sounds to develop a meditative awareness. I am showing you the technique but eventually it is best if you practice it by yourself without the video, and for a longer time. This is when you will move towards a proper meditative state.
