In this workshop you will discover the colours. lines and textures that reflects your unique constitution, and how to work with your palette in a meditative way.
The tools will help you focus on silencing the mind through the action of drawing repetitive lines and colouring.
The workshop will consist of three parts.
You do not need to know how to draw or paint for this workshop, as it is not about producing artwork (though you might surprise yourself at what you've done!).

Part 1Using your morphology as a base and ayurvedic principles we will explore the colours that either pacify, energize, or ground the mind in order to reach a more balanced state. This will be followed by a short guided relaxation.

Part 2Working in a meditative way with your own medium and the palette that reflects your inner radiance (discovered during part 1) you will be able to unlock the creative energy within you.

Part 3Participants will share their work afterwards, and discussion will allow new ideas / materials to emerge, in order for you to continue by yourself in your own time at home. The session will end with a short healing meditation.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Please join the workshop on time, as the beginning will let you discover important information about your vibrations e.g. are you gold or silver? how to differentiate a colour by its cold or warm resonance etc. This will be the foundation of the workshop.
- A link will be sent to you upon registration and payment, and you will be able to join in 15 mins before the start, afterwards the waiting room will be closed.
- You will need some drawing paper (it does not need to be high quality) and some colour pencils, paints, or felted pen. More information will be given to you at the time of booking.
- A meditative approach will be encouraged during Part 2, therefore it is important that you practice in a space where you can be relaxed without external noise or disturbance.
- You do not need any artistic abilities as we will work with shapes, lines and colours. All creation will be abstract, it is not about producing artwork, although you might surprise yourself at what you've done!.
