PRANA workshops, followed by YOGA NIDRA and MEDITATION
CONTENT
Part 1 - ANGA BANDANAS - standing, focusing on each part of the body with specific coordination of the breath to free tension / blockages in the joints - 15 - 20 mins
Part 2 - The 5 VAYUS - standing we will explore the 5 different sub-pranas that affect different parts of the body, while guiding the breath with ujjayi + simple mantra.
Helps to increase the auric field and balance the pranic flow along the meridians (nadis) - 15 - 20 mins
Part 3 - YOGA NIDRA - Lying down, practicing a sequence with guided pranic flow followed by body sensations and visualisation, in order to enter a deep state of relaxation. 15 - 20 mins
Part 4 - MEDITATION - guided + silent for balancing body and mind towards a peaceful state. 15 - 20. mins
Followed by Q&A - 5 - 10 mins
WHO CAN TAKE PART?
Anyone who can stand up and lie down with no specific restriction. If unsure contact me beforehand. The practice requires at time the raising of the arms. You can also sit on a chair for the final relaxation
WHAT TOOLS DO I NEED?
A mat to lie down and a warm blanket. A cushion or a yoga block for your head and to sit on during meditation. Wear warm and loose clothing to allow freedom of movement.
COST
£15 each / or £25 if both attended. Payable in advance.
Both days will be the same format and content, except that the yoga nidra and meditation may change slightly. If you attend both sessions you will deepen your practice.

Advance booking is essential, you can pay by clicking on the button below, or through BANK TRANSFER by clicking HERE. A zoom link will be sent to you before the session starts. Only paid attendees will be allowed to join, and your screen will need to be switched on. If two or more people are sharing the same screen / room, payment has to be made by each member.
