1 x online PRANAYAMA + YOGA NIDRA one-to-one sessions
These sessions do not involve the practice of asanas. You will require only a quiet place where you can be alone and in silence. It will consist of 15 mins of breathing, followed by 45 mins of a very deep guided relaxation involving a sankalpa, and 15 mins of feedback/discussion. It is a profound practice of transformation and can be very beneficial when dealing with anxiety, stress or changes in one's life.
