Practice in the comfort of your home a tailored made lesson that addresses your level and needs. It is also a great opportunity if you wish to deepen your practice in pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation or Yoga nidra. By controlling the mind and the breath we can increase our energy level, relieve stress and contribute to strengthen our immune system. Asanas may be added to the practice.
