WHO CAN TAKE PART?
Anyone in general good health.
If you have a health condition (heart, lungs, or mind) please contact me at least 2 days before the event by email to discuss if this would be beneficial for you, and I can let you know if there is any exercise you should avoid.
WHAT TOOLS DO I NEED?
a yoga mat to lie down, some practices will be done in semi-supine position.
A comfortable cushion or chair for sitting exercises
A quiet space where you will not be disturbed.
Log in 5 mins before the event as the preliminary exercises are very important for warming up the lungs and tune in.
COST
Completely FREE, but you need to book your slot in advance.
