ONLINE class - Asanas, Pranayama & Meditation
Online weekly sessions for developing a regular meditation practice. Preparing the body and mind for meditation is important to experience a powerful state of calmness and inner silence. Join me online every Wed morning from 8.30 - 9.45am (UK time). Simple asanas, pranayama, yoga nidra and different meditation techniques to expand consciousness, based on yogic and Tantric traditions.
PLEASE BOOK AT LEAST ONE DAY IN ADVANCE
Attendance can be taken as single session, or as a group of 5 sessions (passes valid 8 weeks).

Practice in the comfort of your home a tailored made lesson that addresses your level and needs. It is also a great opportunity if you wish to deepen your practice in pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation or Yoga nidra. By controlling the mind and the breath we can increase our energy level, relieve stress and contribute to strengthen our immune system. Asanas may be added to the practice.
This entitles you to join one yoga class online with Marianne at the time and day of your choice by arrangement. A zoom link will be sent to you upon payment
5 x Private YOGA online sessions (1 person)

1 x Private PRANAYAMA + YOGA NIDRA online session (1 person only)
These sessions do not involve the practice of asanas. You will require only a quiet place where you can be alone and in silence. It will consist of 15 mins of breathing, followed by 45 mins of a very deep guided relaxation involving a sankalpa, and 15 mins of feedback/discussion. It is a profound practice of transformation and can be very beneficial when dealing with anxiety, stress or changes in one's life.

Online AYURVEDIC LIFESTYLE CONSULTATION
Online consultation only.
LEARN about your unique constitution with dietary advice appropriate to you. Some minor conditions can also be addressed. A questionnaire will be sent to you prior to the consultation, as well as recap notes after the session.
