ONE-TO-ONE SESSION
The best way to unlock your potential
Your needs are unique and the practice will be adjusted to address physical or spiritual goals, while working on balancing the mental and emotional aspects of your being.

I have seen profound changes with my private clients once the trust is established, and the regularity is maintained (usually once a week).    The sequence is sensitively delivered while tuning with the energy of the day and the way you feel at the beginning of each session.   It becomes a safe space where you can ask questions, share your doubts or experience, and let your practice filter at a deeper level in your everyday life, to tackle the different challenges that you may face.  
You can choose between Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra or Meditation or a combination of them as these sessions are only for you.

TIME can be arranged by appointment (day time is preferred).  Each lesson last 75 mins.

COST:
Online: £70 per session or £325 for 5 sessions. Home visit: £85 or £400 for 5 (to be used within 8 weeks) depending on location.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

HATHA YOGA: Starting with warm up exercises followed by a selection of asanas (postures) and ending with a 10 mins relaxation. We may do Sun salutations with variations and stronger asanas that require enough flexibility in hips & knees. 

PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION:  The first 30 mins are dedicated to release tension and open the nadis with gentle asanas and pranayama, followed by a guided relaxation. The remaining of the session will explore techniques of meditation in order to quieten the restless mind and steady the emotions, restore vitality, awaken our self-healing power, and experience the beauty of inner silence as a resource for daily life.

GENTLE YOGA: We start by freeing pranic blockages from the joints through simple and repetitive exercises, then move to slow stretches with focused breathing in classical asanas to awaken the body and mind.  Finishing with 10 mins relaxation or meditation where the pranic flow is guided in different locations, ending with silence.  Suitable for all levels.  Very beneficial for early morning stiffness, low energy, and a beautiful way to start the day with increased awareness and a greater ease in the body.

  • Set up a free account with Zoom to join the sessions.  A Zoom link will be sent to you the day before.
  • If you join on the day of the session make sure that I receive your request and payment at least 4 hours before the class starts. Thank you.
  • If you want to pay by bank transfer (no booking fee) you can use this form
  • Otherwise go to my YOGA SHOP and buy one class or a set of passes of your choice.  
IMPORTANT ***  although I aim to deliver my online sessions in a safe way, you are sole responsible for your body and health as a participant.  Ensure that you have a non-slippery yoga mat, and use a block / blanket or belt when necessary.  If you have any health problem (heart condition, blood pressure, hernia, joints problem, cancer or others) it is important that you let me know in advance.  I do not encourage pregnant women to join these classes unless you contact me beforehand.
