Marianne's teaching is grounded in the traditional principles of classical yoga infused with her personal path of Shiva Shakti sadhana. Ayurvedic and Tantric principles may be incorporated in the sessions as per her background as an Ayurvedic practitioner.
Each class includes a range of āsana to release tension and refine the subtle flow of prāṇa. Awareness is cultivated from moment to moment for a more intuitive experience. Students are encouraged to close their eyes, deepening concentration and observing the communication that takes place between body and mind. Breathwork (prāṇāyāma) is introduced progressively to restore vitality and calm the mind. Sessions conclude with guided relaxation in śavāsana or a short meditation.
With regular practice, yoga becomes a path (sādhanā) that nourishes every aspect of life, revealing the clarity and quiet strength of our true nature.
Suitable for anyone with a normal range of flexibility, but not for pregnant women or those with a serious health condition.

Hello. This is a little introduction to how you can use external sounds to develop a meditative awareness. I am showing you the technique but eventually it is best if you practice it by yourself without the video, and for a longer time. This is when you will move towards a proper meditative state.
