STORY TELLING
I used to teach Yoga in prison from 1996 -2000.  Martin who attended my classes then was released several years ago and became a great story teller.  Please visit his blog and read a short story about his time at HM Wormwood Scrubs Prison in London and the benefits he gained from Yoga.
