HOLISTIC / AYURVEDIC MASSAGE

Full body treatment, combining deep tissue and healing, with my own signature blend of oils. Having massaged for 30 years, I have developed an intuitive feel for each person's body, and often know what kind of pressure or strokes are needed to unlock tensions.  These 'knots' may be caused by physical traumas, but often are the results of mental tension, deep subconscious habits or psychological blockages. By tuning in with my client's energetic field I facilitate the healing process, hence the treatment is done in a silent meditative focus.  Clients often tell me that my treatments are unique (their word!), because more than a massage it results in the experience of a very profound relaxation, feeling aligned and transformed.

 CHAKRA BALANCING / HEALING SESSION

These are some of the reasons when a Chakra healing session may help.   We start with a 10 mins consultation where you explain at which level you feel imbalanced, or experience blockages which stop you experiencing life fully.  You will then lie down and I will start scanning your body's energetic field and chakras with hands on such as feet, knees, lower back, head and so on.  I may ask you to lie on your back or your front (usually both) depending on the information that I receive. I usually work with gentle oil massage and essential oils in certain parts of the body.   The treatment is done in silence, but at times I may ask you to voice your sensations/feeling, or take you through some short visualization.  Sometimes I may work with short mantras (bija mantras) to activate a chakra.   During the last 5 mins of the session I will give you feedback and may ask you a few questions related to your experience.  
For a full benefit a course of 3 sessions is recommended, although even after the first one you may feel more aligned energetically.  

Please note:  These sessions are not suitable for serious medical conditions, and my line of expertise relates more to psychological blockages, lack of energy or sleep, emotional upheaval.   Feel free to contact me beforehand if you want to know if this therapy would be suitable for you.

60 mins: £80
90 mins: £110 which includes massage as part of the treatment - either feet, back or head depending on the issue to be addressed.
A non refundable deposit of £30 is required at the time of booking.  The balance is payable at the time of the appointment.  
A 48 hrs cancellation policy is applicable if you want to re-schedule or cancel your session.  No refund if less time is given.

Clients referred by the London Natural Health Center (LNHC) will only be seen at the clinic in Holborn.
