A very interesting documentary, shared by my student/friend Wallis Eates. http://www.cultureunplugged.com/play/8638/Juliette-of-the-Herbs This space will be for articles about the different aspects of Art and Indian Spirituality that I like. It will cover Yoga, Tantra, Ayurveda and more.. There is often little time to discuss in general classes the deeper aspect of yogic spirituality, therefore I am hoping for this space to be a platform for communication, to expand on what fascinates and motivates me along my inner path.
