BODY MASSAGE
Total bliss! rejuvenating & healing

• Abhyanga:  Ayurvedic massage performed with warm medicated oil using long connective strokes with additional techniques such as friction, tapping and marma points.
• Holistic Massage a more intuitive approach using essential oils, drainage, and chakra balancing techniques.

ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS

• Foot & leg massage: this is not reflexology, you will be lying down on a couch and there will be quite a lot of work on the ankles, drainage of the legs (very good for poor circulation & puffiness), as well as marma points of the feet.  Using a blend of essentials oils.
  

 

HEAD and FACE TREATMENTS
Erases tension, anti-aging, greater clarity of mind, peaceful expression and smile!

• Head massage this treatment can be done sitting on a chair or lying down. Using a choice of oil according to your needs it can be either energetic or deeply relaxing. Includes work on the neck and shoulders.    
  
• Ayurvedic facial massage exfoliation, mask, steam, warm oil massage and 'marma' points to reduce stress and fatigue.  The expression becomes uplifted,  more serene and the skin complexion fresher and toned. 
  

BACK & NECK TREATMENTS
Removes tension, improves postures, nourishes the spine, walk away feeling light!

• Back & neck massage: using either ayurvedic oil or essential oils followed by steam. Excellent for removing tension and knotted areas of the back. 
• Kati or Janu basti:  these are localised treatments on the lower back or knees with medicated oils.  Beneficial for arthritic conditions.
• Pinda sweda:  using boluses with specific herbs and warm oil this treatment is especially recommended for muscular pain on neck and shoulders, or other joints areas.
