A daily routine practice. £5 (incl P&P in UK) Traveling Yoga mats: long, washable, extra light weight white plastic mat. Non-slippery. I love this mat as I can take it anywhere, discreetly folded in my bag. It is a thin mat but ideal for practicing on grass, carpet, on top of ordinary class mat (v. hygenic as it gives you extra protection. Some of these shared mats provided by yoga centers can be v. smelly!!).. I am a traveller so I am always looking for something practical, light weight and very useful. This is the mat!!
